Website owner, the offering, and binding of Terms
This website is owned and operated by SHIKOG. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors online content and is a Christian faith-based community platform to use subject to international copyright laws. By accessing or using our website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who can use our website
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you and will do so at your own risk by which SHIKOG will not be held responsible for an violation of laws accordingly. Although this is an online platform, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and guided by a parent or a legally appointed guardian or teacher over the age of 18.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you confirm your satisfaction with the Products Design and purchase books /products for the use stated during your Order Confirmation and with all pricing confirmed on Order. You grant permission to SHIKOG/Elizabeth Swanepoel for request full payment of your Purchase including all Shipping and Delivery Costs. (ii) You understand that you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the current payment process offered.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. For future online payments, all online payment information will be displayed accordingly. The fee for such services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will then be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
Certain products or services may be available in future only exclusively online through the website. And some products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will not occur and be corrected as we depend on third party producers of our products.
Gift Cards
The SHIKOG Gift Cards are only valid for physical products at the moment and will be available for purchases on the future Online Store. The SHIKOG Gift Card cannot be used for the eBook Store subscriptions.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted on the following conditions:

Products by proof of photographs required on immediate Receipt of Products Date as proof of the Reason for Return Request.

Only on clear proof provided that the Products are damaged or defective beyond ability to be used will SHIKOG replace the product

In such a case - The Purchaser agree that SHIKOG will be granted the opportunity to replace the Products at its quickest ability and according to the availability of stock.
Modifications to services & prices
The pricing of our products are subject to change at any time, without notice. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter or discontinue the Service (or any portion or content thereof). We shall not be liable for any modifications, pricing adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuance of our services, either to you or to any third-party.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of SHIKOG and Elizabeth Swanepoel. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Should such a service be provided in future, you recognize and agree that by buying or uploading any content, (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold SHIKOG and Elizabeth Swanepoel harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) in any form and in any way, made against them by self or any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your Purchase or use of purchase from the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SHIKOG or Elizabeth Swanepoel, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHIKOG and Elizabeth Swanepoel assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Users of this website can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible.
